1991 | Seafox Group was founded as a 50/50 joint venture rendering support services to the offshore oil & gas market. Seafox BV is the exclusive oparations manager of the Seafox-fleet. Seafox Contractors BV handles all commercial matters. Both are part of the Seafox Group. |
2005 | Cordia Group acquires full ownership of the Seafox Group. |
2007 | Formation of MOS with the acquisition of ASVs Ahmed, Deema, Leen, Marinia and Trident One. |
2008 | MOS moves into purpose built office in the Ajman Free Zone. |
2009 | NPM Capital joined Seafox Group to facilitate further company growth. |
2011 | Acquisition of the Burj (6th MOS asset) and subsequent expansion into the Asia-Pacific Region. |
2012 | Launch of next generation self-propelled jack-up, Seafox 5. Sale of SF3 and SF6 as MOPU, whereby we provide operational support. MOS now has offices and operations in Singapore, Qatar and Australia next to Ajman (UAE). |
2013 | Seafox Group owns and operates 5 jack-ups (Seafox 1, Seafox 2, Seafox 4, Seafox 5, Seafox 7), employs over 100 people and another 300 through preferred crewing agents. MOS now owns 7 jack-ups (Ahmed, Deema, Leen, Marinia, MOS Frontier, Burj, Trident). Acquisition of the MOS Frontier and subsequent deployment into the Asia-Pacific region. |
2014 | Seafox and MOS combine to form the world’s largest jack-up ASV / offshore support company with a fleet of 12 versatile units, capable of working in water depths of up to 110 m and accommodating up to 475 POB. In addition, the units can provide up to 1200 mt crane capacity together with up to 3,700 m² of free deck space. The combined group employs over 600 people in Europe, MENA and the Asia-Pacific region. |
